Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-01

1. Who we are

myvibecode.app ("we", "us") is a service of OrgOps GmbH, Kleestraße 21–23, 90461 Nürnberg, Germany (see Legal Notice). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

myvibecode.app lets you build and deploy web apps. A free account includes app hosting on a shared *.myvibecode.app subdomain. Some features are available as optional paid plans (see §3).

3. Paid plans

  • Custom subdomain — a one-time purchase. It grants your app its own custom subdomain for the lifetime of the service (no recurring fee; never expires). The price is shown at checkout, exclusive of VAT (see §5).

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of myvibecode.app. We may change the catalog or prices for future purchases, but a change never affects a one-time purchase you have already made.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold and processed by our payment provider Polar (Polar Software, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 61301, San Francisco, California 94104, USA), acting as the Merchant of Record. This means the contract of sale for a paid plan is concluded between you and Polar, Polar handles the checkout and payment, and the invoice or receipt for your purchase is issued by Polar, not by us. Polar's Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the payment. See our Privacy Policy for how billing data is handled.

5. Prices & taxes

Prices are stated excluding VAT / sales tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and added by Polar at checkout based on your location and status (for example, EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may be subject to the reverse-charge mechanism). The total you pay is shown before you confirm.

6. Refunds & right of withdrawal

Paid plans are digital products delivered immediately. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but by purchasing and asking for immediate access you consent to delivery starting at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun. Refunds are issued by Polar as the Merchant of Record. For any refund or billing question, contact mail@orgops.io and we will help arrange it with Polar.

7. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the apps and content you deploy. You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to host malware, phishing, or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or remove apps that violate these Terms.

8. Data protection & data processing

How we handle your account data is described in our Privacy Policy. For personal data that you process in the apps you host with us, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf. Our Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (German version, which prevails: Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag), including its annexes Technical and Organisational Measures and Sub-processors, forms part of these Terms and applies automatically. If your organisation needs a signed copy, contact mail@orgops.io.

9. Availability & termination

We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion section of our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the service. Mandatory statutory liability (including for intent and gross negligence, and under applicable consumer-protection law) remains unaffected.

11. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this page. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Questions: mail@orgops.io.
